About us
SUSTAINABLE FASHION BRAND BASED IN MADRID
Hello! I am Ale founder and designer of Ridrué, my nickname.
I started this project with great enthusiasm, wanting to share one of my passions, that together we might walk towards a more sustainable world.
The idea of RIDRUÉ came to me in the summer of 2021, in Minorca, the idyllic island in the Mediterranean that is one of my main sources of inspiration.
I am always seduced by its ‘Slow Living’, its desire to preserve traditions and the beauty of heritage.
You might spot Minorca in some of our details such as the paper labels that are seeded for planting with chamomile, the golden treasure of the island.
Ridrué is inspired by nature but also by urban fashion. Nordic, Japanese and sometimes Parisian influences, infuse Ridrué garments with a personality of their own, practical but with style.
Ridrué is a team and I am supported in this adventure by a splendid group of people who share the same ethical values of the company.
Our designs are sober and timeless, but contemporary.
Our raw material is organic, natural or recycled. This applies not only to the clothing itself, but also to the accessories used to make up the garments.
Our product is made in Spain, in small workshops with long histories in dressmaking.
We produce on a limited and sustainable basis, we do not overstock and avoid overproduction.
From the very start we want to share with you, with our customers, how the brand has been created, the processes involved, what goes on behind the scenes at Ridrué.
We are transparent.
We are NAKED FASHION.
Ridrué Woman does not follow fashion trends. She loves timeless creation and style with no expiry date.
Socially conscious, she firmly believes the right path in the fashion industry is to ‘buy smaller but smarter’.
Let us walk towards a more sustainable future!
